Full Day Kindergarten Registration

To attend Junior Kindergarten, the student must be four years of age by December 31 of that year. To attend Senior Kindergarten, the student must be five years of age by December 31 of that year.

Returning Students Re-enrollment

Current students must complete the Re-Enrollment Form and present it to the school no later than March 7, 2025.

The Annual Admission Fee is payable April 11, 2025

For all new applicants, we invite you to come for a visit and tour our school, to discover if BES is the best fit for you.Submit the online Application for Admission Form.Submit the most recent Report Card to registrations@bes.school, if applicable.

Reception and Review

Upon receiving the complete application, the office will review all submitted information and subsequently contact the parents to schedule an interview, which may be conducted either in-person or by phone.

Academic Assessment

Following a successful interview, the applicant will be provided with an academic assessment date.Applicants for grades 1-7 must take the School Academic Assessment, with a minimum accepted score of 70%.

Assessment Results

Following the Academic Assessment, results will be communicated to the parents, and successful applicants will proceed to submit the following: Registration Agreement, Medical Form, Copy of Birth Certificate, Copy of OHIP and Immunization Card.

Confirmation of Acceptance

Upon acceptance, submit a non-refundable $400 admission fee by e-transfer to etransfer@masjid.ca, or by cheque payable to Pickering Islamic Centre.Submit the Direct Withdrawal Form to authorize the PIC to withdraw the tuition fees from your bank.

Reconfirmation of Registration

Once the admission has been processed and the Direct Withdrawal Form received, you will be notified of the official acceptance.We can’t wait to welcome your family to our school!

We strive to keep our fees to the minimum in support of our growing community.

Admission Fees

The Admission Fee is a one-time payment applicable to all students per school year. This fee is $400 per student, which includes the following requirements:

Tuition Fee

The Tuition Fee is a monthly fee to be withdrawn from parent/guardian’s account the first week of each month, starting from September of the school year. The tuition fees for the school year 2025-2026 are as follows:

Sibling Discount to all Grades

Full tuition fee for the first student. Every sibling will get a discount of $25/month.
