Brock Elementary School is a locked building for security and safety purposes. Access to our school is gained through the Masjid’s main doors. We are located on the second floor, which can be accessed via elevator or stairs.
Visitors, volunteers, and guests are to report to the school office to sign-in and out using the “Guest Book”.
Any parent coming to the office for late arrivals and early dismissals must notify the office beforehand via email at attendance@bes.school or call 905-426-7887 ext 6. Parents must buzz in from the main floor to gain access to the second floor. This security measure helps us monitor who is entering the school.
Parents are not permitted to enter the classroom area at any time- unless it has been pre-arranged with the classroom teacher or the office. This ensures a secure and distraction-free learning environment for all students.
If you need to speak with the Principal or a Teacher, please make an appointment with the office beforehand. This ensures that meetings can be scheduled at an appropriate time without disrupting the school day.
To reduce the number of guests entering the school area, all lunches or other items must be dropped off at the main floor admin office. Parents must notify the office beforehand via email at info@bes.school or calling 905-426-7887 ext 6. The PIC admin is aware of this new policy, and staff will ensure that items are delivered to students. This helps maintain a secure school environment and minimizes disruptions.
